Sleep Schedule
Does it matter when I sleep ?
When you get sleep does actually matter. Your body sets what is called a "biological clock" that is based off of the daylight where you live. You are more alert during the day and more sleepy at night.
Sleep for Repair
Everything from blood vessels to the immune system use sleep as a time to repair or "restart." It is proven that some of the bodies repair processes are most effective during sleep.
